Based in Hastings, working UK-wide (remote or hybrid).

Technical Support Engineering
Six years on Eseye's support desk for cellular IoT fleets of a million devices and more, then five building the tools and product behind it. I led follow-the-sun support across five regions, reply with a timeline, and build the tool when the same problem keeps coming back.
Full-Stack Development
Laravel and PHP backends, Vue.js and vanilla JS frontends, MySQL/MariaDB and Redis, OpenVPN and Linux ops. The engineering side of IoT: APIs, internal tools, multi-tenant platforms, and legacy systems that need documenting and rescuing.
