About this project

Infinity is Eseye's operations platform for the AnyNet network: a single-page app sitting on top of the back-end systems that actually push bytes through the network, giving customers a way to provision, monitor, and troubleshoot SIMs and devices at scale.

As Product Owner, I owned the JIRA side of things end to end: sprint planning, grooming the backlog, keeping acceptance criteria sharp enough that Engineering wasn't guessing at intent, and clearing blockers across the organisation. That meant working with the CTO on strategic direction, DevOps on infrastructure dependencies, QA on release readiness, Engineering on scope and estimates, and Operations and Support on the real-world friction customers were hitting in production.

A fair chunk of the value sat either side of the sprint itself. Up front, pairing with business analysts to scope and design new features so the backlog was already reasonably well understood before anyone picked it up. On the tail end, working with technical copywriters so every released feature shipped with documentation Support could actually hand to customers, which in turn cut down on the tickets that otherwise bounced back through Support into Engineering.

Infinity was also the destination platform for the 1.2M device migration off Cisco Jasper that enabled the TELUS Global Connect partnership.
